Design

Step 02

Build

Once your design is approved, we manufacture your equipment in our 200,000 sq ft facility using commercial-grade materials and the same strict quality controls that have produced 500+ projects worldwide since 2006. Every component is built to meet the safety standards that matter most: ASTM F1918 for the US, EN1176 for Europe, and ISO 9001 quality certification through TÜV Rheinland — all verified by an independent SGS factory audit. These aren't just badges. Ship

When manufacturing is complete, we coordinate international freight, customs clearance, and door-to-door delivery — so your equipment arrives at your site safely, on schedule, and ready for installation. Our US logistics team handles every detail, and you'll have a dedicated point of contact plus live tracking from the factory floor to your loading dock. This is another step where going direct to China gets risky — surprise customs fees, freight you have to broker yourself, tariffs that move while your shipment is in transit. Install

Our experienced installation team travels to your site to assemble your equipment correctly and safely, following precise installation plans and the same safety standards your equipment was built to. This hands-on, on-site approach means a seamless, efficient build-out — and a playground that's ready to operate with confidence from day one. When you buy direct from an overseas factory, installation is usually where you're left on your own — handed a crate and a diagram, scrambling to find a local contractor who's never assembled this equipment before. We don't disappear at the loading dock.
